Our towing services are available to all customers within the United States. However, please note that we may not be able to provide services in all areas. Our services may be limited or unavailable due to inclement weather, road closures, or other unforeseeable circumstances. We strive to provide prompt and reliable service but cannot guarantee a specific response time.

Payment

We accept payment using credit card, virtual credit card, or approved insurance. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action to collect payment. In the event that insurance is covering the cost of the towing service, we require that customers provide us with the necessary insurance information before we can provide services.

Liability

While we take great care in providing towing services, we are not responsible for any damages or losses that occur as a result of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the towing services. Customers are responsible for inspecting their vehicles for any pre-existing damage before the towing process begins. We recommend that customers take photographs of their vehicles before the towing process begins to document any existing damage.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the location of the vehicle, any special circumstances, and the type of service required. Customers must also ensure that their vehicle is free of any personal belongings before it is towed. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings left in the vehicle during the towing process.

Damage to Vehicles

We take great care to ensure that vehicles are not damaged during the towing process. However, we are not responsible for any pre-existing damage or damages that occur during the towing process. We recommend that customers inspect their vehicles after the towing process to document any new damage that may have occurred.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. We will not provide service to anyone who is verbally or physically abusive to our employees.

Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of our towing services. This includes any damages or injuries that may occur as a result of a third party's use of the customer's vehicle after it has been towed.

Privacy

We take your privacy seriously and will not share your personal information with any third parties without your express consent. We collect only the necessary information required to provide towing services and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
